SEGMENTS 23/24 – LOUISIANA #1 LINE - ILI TOOL RUNS
As originally posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-1355218) and as part of Natural's ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program, Natural will perform a series of ILI tool runs on the Louisiana #1 line between Compressor Station 342 (CS 342) located in Cameron Parish, Louisiana and the end of the LA#1 line located in Vermilion Parish, Louisiana (Segments 23 and 24 of Natural's Louisiana Zone). The scheduling constraint will be at CS 342 in Segment 23.
As such, effective on the gas days indicated below, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to no less than 46% of contract MDQ eastbound through CS 342. AOR/ITS and Secondary out-of-path Firm transports will not be available for the duration of this restriction. For scheduling purposes, the Louisiana Pool (LOC 25085) is located east of the constraint. Firm transportation associated with storage injections and withdrawals may be impacted. Once the data from the tool runs have been analyzed, any remediation work impacting shippers will be posted.
The stated scheduling percentage is based upon the current level of firm capacity contracted for during this restriction and is subject to change based upon operational conditions and Shipper utilization.
The locations listed below will not be available for receipts, only, during this integrity work.
