Prior Notice ID: 134

Per Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Viking Gas Transmission Company (VGT) is issuing a system-wide Operational Flow Order (OFO) to be effective gas day January 23, 2026, through gas day February 3, 2026. Due to artic weather moving into the VGT market regions, this notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the VGT system and to allow continued operations to transport gas in accordance with its service obligations.

Affected Customers/Balancing Parties: This OFO is directed at all balancing parties and shippers.

Required Response Time: Gas Day January 23, 2026 to February 3, 2026

Required Response: VGT requires all balancing parties and shippers to take the necessary actions to ensure their overall flows match their nominations and that receipts and deliveries are balanced. Imbalances that are a detriment to the system line pack will not be allowed.

Quantity of Gas Required to Remedy the Operational Condition: VGT requires all shippers and balancing parties to maintain a minimal imbalance.

Penalties: Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of shipper's or balancing party's service and cause the balancing party to incur OFO penalties. Pursuant to Section 29 of the GT&C, for each day gas is taken outside the daily limits established under an OFO beyond a two (2) percent allowable variation, the penalty charge shall be computed based on a price per Dth equal to three times the higher of (1) the midpoint price for Emerson, Viking GL or (2) the midpoint price for ANR, ML 7 published in Gas Daily's "Daily Price Survey" for the flow day on which the OFO is issued.

This OFO will remain in effect until February 3, 2026. VGT will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO beyond such date or terminate it earlier as operational conditions warrant. VGT will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, VGT reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
