It has been brought to our attention some of our interconnecting operators / agents have been using the wrong column to confirm quantities for our pipeline.
It would appear some have confirmed to match the Sched Qty column (previous cycle) rather than the Conf Qty column. This has resulted in a large quantity of retros in the first week of operation. We ask for extended timelines for processing these requests.
Please use the Conf Qty column to compare your capacity for the upcoming cycle with ours.
