    OFO DAILY CRITICAL DAY 1 EXPANDED EFFECTIVE 4-4-2026 AND LIFTED 4-6-2026

     

    Due to forecasted milder weather with associated lesser demand moving across more areas of the system, in order to protect the operational integrity of its system, effective for the Gas Day (“GD”) of Saturday, April 4, 2026, Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, L.L.C. (“Tennessee”) is EXPANDING the current OFO Daily Critical Day (“CD”) 1 to also include all of Zones 4, 5 and 6 pursuant to Article X of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC NGA Gas Tariff. 

     

    Tennessee is lifting the OFO Daily Critical Day 1 for ALL AREAS effective for the Gas Day of Monday, April 6, 2026 and until further notice. 

     

    This OFO will be effective for all LMS-PA, SA contracts acting as balancing parties and LMS-MA Balancing Parties only.

    Balancing between OBA points in separate pipeline regions or across meters not located in the OFO area will not be permitted.

     

    In the event this OFO is not sufficient to maintain the operational integrity of its system, Tennessee may escalate to calling a Critical Day II, a Balancing Alert, Meter Specific OFO(s) or Hourly OFO(s), or taking any other actions that may be permitted or required by Tennessee's Tariff.
