RE: Notice of Binding Open Season for Pre-arranged Firm Capacity
Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (“PNGTS”) is initiating an open season for the following package of firm transportation capacity.
Shippers and interested parties are invited to bid and all final bids received during the open season will be evaluated on a net present value (“NPV”) basis in accordance with the Bid Evaluation methodology included as part in this open season. PNGTS reserves the right to accept any bid that results in the largest NPV for the package offered.
Package:
Term: November 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027, and any additional extended term as may be available[1]
Rate Schedule: STFT
Transportation Path: Pittsburg (East Hereford) to Westbrook M&N
MDQ: 6,200 Dth per day
Transportation Path: Pittsburg (East Hereford) to Dracut
MDQ: 1,300 Dth per day
