Notice of NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) Empress and McNeill Borders FT-D1 Expansion Capacity Open Season
NGTL will be holding a binding Expansion Capacity Open Season for Firm Transportation – Delivery Group 1 Service (FT-D1) at the Empress and McNeill Borders ("Open Season"). The combined estimated available Expansion Capacity (“Available Capacity”) through the Open Season is up to 325,000 GJ/day.
The Available Capacity will be offered at the Empress and McNeill Borders in three tranches. The Service Commencement Date and respective capacity for each tranche are as follows:
Tranche 1 Estimated Expansion Capacity: Up to 50,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of November 1, 2030.
Tranche 2 Estimated Expansion Capacity: Up to 200,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of April 1, 2031.
Tranche 3 Estimated Expansion Capacity: Up to 75,000 GJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of April 1, 2032.
The Service Commencement Date for Expansion Capacity will be based on NGTL’s determination of expansion facility readiness.
The Open Season will commence on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”). Bids are due Friday, August 7, 2026 before 10:00 a.m. MT.
