NGTL Contracting System Issue Update

The NGTL Dovetail contracting system issue remains ongoing, and the IS team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible. During this time, customers are unable to submit contracting transactions, including transfers and assignments.
Once the issue is resolved, customers will be able to submit transactions as normal, and NGTL will process all impacted transactions in the normal course for the gas day on which they were intended to be submitted.
In the interim, customers requiring assistance may contact ngtl_contracting@tcenergy.com and/or nominations@tcenergy.com.
We will provide an update once the issue is resolved.
