Update on upcoming NGTL service offerings
NGTL GP Ltd., as general partner on behalf of NGTL Limited Partnership (collectively “NGTL”) intends to hold a series of offerings, with total available delivery expansion service ranging from approximately

The first offering is to the GEA which will be for a minimum of 200 TJ/day of available expansion service, with a targeted service commencement date of November 1, 2029. Further details below.
NGTL anticipates that the next delivery offering will occur in Q2 2026, with more information to be provided in the coming weeks.
NGTL also intends to hold FT-D1 service offerings in unconstrained areas (E.g. Willow Valley Interconnect) and receipt service offerings.
Notice of upcoming NGTL 2029 Greater Edmonton Area Service Offering
NGTL will hold a binding offering for Service under Rate Schedule FT-D for delivery of gas to Group 2 Delivery Points (“FT-D2”) or Group 3 Delivery Points (“FT-D3”) and Rate Schedule OS for extraction service at eligible locations (“OS-EXT”) in the Greater Edmonton Area (“GEA Offering”). The available expansion service is anticipated to be for a minimum 200 TJ/day with a targeted service commencement date of November 1, 2029,
subject to NGTL’s determination of expansion facility readiness.
The Initial Service Offering for FT-D3 will commence on March 26, 2026 at 10:00am Mountain Time (MT) and close on March 30, 2026 at 10:00am MT.

Update on upcoming limited NGTL receipt offering
As communicated previously in the TTFP, NGTL will also proceed with a limited receipt service offering in Q2 2026. More information on this offering is anticipated in the coming weeks.
Responsiveness to customer feedback and needs
These plans are being developed in response to collaborative discussions with customers regarding the need for new service on the system. Customers have recently emphasized strong interest in contracting for further NGTL service, and NGTL seeks to continue meeting customer needs.
NGTL will further develop its plans, discuss them with customers, including in the TTFP forum, and communicate additional information in future bulletins.
Capital sanctioning for facilities will require a supporting business case which includes but is not limited to agreement on an Investment Framework, which will be discussed at the TTFP in the coming months.
