Prior Notice ID: 123

Per Section 8 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Midwestern Gas Transmission Company (MGT) is issuing a system-wide Operational Flow Order (OFO) to be effective gas day January 23, 2026, through gas day February 3, 2026. Due to artic weather moving into the MGT market regions, this notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the MGT system and to allow continued operations to transport gas in accordance with its service obligations.

Affected Customers/Balancing Parties: This OFO is directed at all balancing parties and customers.

Required Response Time: Gas Day January 23, 2026 to February 3, 2026.

Required Response: MGT requires all balancing parties and customers to take the necessary actions to ensure their overall flows match their nominations and that receipts and deliveries are balanced. Imbalances that are a detriment to the system line pack will not be allowed.

Quantity of Gas Required to Remedy the Operational Condition: MGT requires all customers and balancing parties to maintain a minimal imbalance.

Penalties: Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of customer’s or balancing party’s service and cause the balancing party to incur penalties. Pursuant to Section 8.8.2 of the GT&C, the daily Failure to Comply OFO Charge shall be computed based on a price per Dth equal to three times the midpoint of the range of prices reported for "Chicago city-gates" as published in the daily price survey in Platts Gas Daily for the flow day on which the OFO is issued.

This OFO will remain in effect until February 3, 2026. MGT will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO beyond such date or terminate it earlier as operational conditions warrant. MGT will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, MGT reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
