The Guardian Pipeline, L.L.C. (GPL) OFO has been lifted effective Gas Day Monday, February 2, 2026, ID2 Cycle.
GPL would like to thank its customers and balancing parties for their cooperation and response to the OFO.

Per Section 18 of the General Terms and Conditions (GT&C) of its FERC approved tariff, Guardian Pipeline, L.L.C. (GPL) is issuing a system-wide Operational Flow Order (OFO) to be effective gas day January 23, 2026, through gas day February 3, 2026. Due to artic weather moving into the GPL market regions, this notice is being issued to protect the integrity of the GPL system and to allow continued operations to transport gas in accordance with its service obligations.
Affected Customers/Balancing Parties: This OFO is directed at all balancing parties and shippers.
Required Response Time: Gas Day January 23, 2026 to February 3, 2026
Required Response: GPL requires all balancing parties and shippers to take the necessary actions to ensure their overall flows match their nominations and that receipts and deliveries are balanced. Imbalances that are a detriment to the system line pack will not be allowed.
Quantity of Gas Required to Remedy the Operational Condition: GPL requires all shippers and balancing parties to maintain a minimal imbalance.
Penalties: All quantities received and/or taken in violation of the OFO shall be assessed an additional charge per Dth of 200% of the Gas Price Index pursuant to GT&C Section 18.5 and 12.3. Failure to specifically adhere to this OFO may result in an immediate interruption of all or a portion of shipper's or balancing party’s service and cause the balancing party to incur penalties as described in Section 12 of the GT&C.
This OFO will remain in effect until February 3, 2026. GPL will monitor operating conditions and may, by additional notice, either extend this OFO beyond such date or terminate it earlier as operational conditions warrant. GPL will update this posting as conditions change. If the condition persists, GPL reserves the right to take further steps as may be necessary. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
