    FORCE MAJEURE AT STA 542 EFFECTIVE 8-4-2026 RESOLVED

    In accordance with Article XII of Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, LLC's (“Tennessee”) FERC Gas Tariff, Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event at STA 542 near DeKalb, Mississippi on August 4, 2026 (Notice Identifier #403264).  Tennessee discovered an issue with Unit 1 requiring immediate repairs.  The final repairs are in process of being completed at the unit.  As such, Tennessee is posting notice that this force majeure has been resolved.  Nominations will be scheduled up to capacity as shown on TGP's EBB pathed through STA 542 (Segment 539 BH) effective for Intraday Cycle 1 for the Gas Day of Friday, August 7, 2026 and until further notice.

    This notice will be the final update.
