    Force Majeure Lifted – Seligman Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, August 3, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 629208) associated with its Seligman Compressor Station located in Yavapai County, Arizona. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the NORTH ML constraint effective August 7, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increased capacity through the NORTH ML constraint.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
