    Force Majeure Lifted – Florida C Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, June 29, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice Nos. 628823 and 628991) associated with its Florida C Compressor Station located in Luna County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the FLOR C and associated constraints effective August 7, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the FLOR C and associated constraints.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
