    Force Majeure – Line No. 1204 – Dilkon to Leupp – Anomaly Repairs

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line No. 1204 downstream of the Dilkon Compressor Station in Navajo and Coconino Counties, Arizona, that may affect the safe operation and integrity of the pipeline. To address these conditions and complete the required repairs, EPNG must immediately implement a pressure restriction and isolate Line No. 1204 between the Dilkon and Leupp compressor stations.

    As a result, the operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by an additional 88,859 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective August 06, 2026, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4).

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint.

    EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
